Welcome to Texas Water Association's 2026 Fall Conference Exhibitor Interest Form. TWA is a statewide membership association dedicated to advancing sound water policy for Texas. If you are looking for the Texas Water trade show hosted by WEAT and Texas AWWA, please visit www.txwater.org.

We appreciate your interest in exhibiting during the TWA 2026 Fall Conference, October 7–9, in San Antonio. Our Fall Conference brings together 400–500 water professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders from across Texas and beyond, to network and help shape the future of water in Texas. Our exhibitor space is limited to 5–10 tabletop displays located in the registration/coffee break area. Exhibitor participation is subject to approval and offered as a separate registration category.

Exhibitor registration includes one conference attendee badge and a six-foot table with chairs at the venue. Electricity is available upon request and may require an additional fee with the hotel. Details about the setup time and exhibiting hours will be added once registration opens in August.
