HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the survey web site listed in your email and fill out the survey. Contest begins August 5th, 2026.
NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be determined based a selection of the first qualified 100 respondents that submit their completed surveys. The winners will be notified by email on or about August 4th, 2026. Judges’ decision is final. This contest is sponsored by The Channel Company, LLC (“Sponsor”). 350 Jericho Turnpike, Jericho NY 11753.
PRIZES:
Prize: Three (3) gift cards via Tremendous, for participants in North America region (United States, including the District of Columbia, Canada (except Quebec)).
Approximate Value: $100.00 US Dollars for the North America region.
Total Approximate Value of All Prizes: Up to $100 US Dollars
The prizes will be awarded and emailed to winners. In the event of unavailability of any of the stated prizes, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and grant permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotion (without further compensation to the winners) within 14 days of notification or alternate winner(s) will be selected. (Tennessee residents need not complete and return a publicity release.) Contest void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY:
Contest open to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, Canada (except Quebec) who are 18 years or older, with a valid email address (your Gift Card will arrive via email). Employees of The Channel Company and/or its affiliates, advertising, promotion and production agencies and members of their immediate families (including spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, step-children, step-parents and in-laws) or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. Selected Canadian entrants must first correctly answer a mathematics testing question administered by mail in order to claim a prize.
One entry is permitted on the Web Site per e-mail address or household. A purchase will not increase one's chances of winning. The use of any automated devices in connection with this promotion is prohibited. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, sales quotes, or applied to previous orders. Other restrictions may apply.
LIABILITY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering, participants release The Channel Company LLC and its agents from all liability with respect to the use of the prize(s) awarded herein, agree to be bound by these rules, and consent to the use of their names and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation. (Tennessee residents consent to the use of name and likeness only if such they expressly consent to such use.) The Channel Company LLC is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, including but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, or mail-in entries that are illegible, late, lost, damaged, postage due or misdirected. The Channel Company LLC is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in this promotion or use of the prize. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. The Channel Company LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infections by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of The Channel Company LLC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion
