This research, conducted by the Learning Guild in collaboration with learning strategist, author, and researcher Megan Torrance, explores what organizations are actually doing with AI today. We examine AI adoption, workforce capability building, changing roles, implementation practices, and the evolving role of Learning & Development.
In this survey, "AI" includes generative AI tools, AI-enabled applications, automation and agents, and other artificial intelligence technologies used to support work, learning, decision-making, or business processes.
