The Department of Revenue’s Income Tax Advisory Workgroup is focused on how to interpret and enforce the new tax laws enacted as a part of ESSB 6346. The workgroup has no authority to review or evaluate the constitutionality of ESSB 6346. The workgroup will not consider comments related to any changes to the $1 million threshold, ballot measures or potential court cases. The department welcomes your constructive comments about how to facilitate the fair, effective, and efficient enforcement of the new tax laws enacted by the legislature.
