Introduction
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) administers Wisconsin’s state share of funds from the National Prescription Opiate Litigation settlement. These funds support a wide range of substance use prevention, treatment, recovery, and overdose and infectious disease prevention services in Wisconsin communities through 2038.
DHS is seeking public input to inform how the state share of these funds should be invested in state fiscal year 2028 (SFY 2028) (July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028).
Allowable uses of these funds are governed by the settlement agreement. This survey asks about your priorities within the strategies the settlement permits.
The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Responses will be kept confidential unless required by law.
