Choice Administrator Required Form: In order for a Choice administrator at a
continuing Choice school to receive an OAS user name and password, the school must submit the Choice Administrator Authorization and Update Form. This form is located on the
School Submitted Reports and Forms web page.
Required Choice Administrator Training and Quizzes: Complete both the OAS Access Quiz and the Program Requirements Quiz. The trainings and quizzes required to be completed can be accessed through the Choice Administrator Training and OAS Access web page. Designees are only required to complete the OAS Access Quiz. The trainings and quiz required can be found on the
Designee Training and OAS Access webpage.
The quizzes ask questions about topics covered in the training(s). At the end of the quiz, the Choice administrator will have the opportunity to download and print or save the correct responses.
If you choose the wrong answer to a question, you will be asked to try again. Simply re-read the question and select the correct answer. You will not be able to advance to the next question until you have correctly answered the current question.
You may save and continue your quiz later by clicking the option in the top right of the page and providing your email. If you would like to start over from the beginning of the quiz or someone else is taking or has taken the same quiz on a computer you are trying to use to take the quiz, you may have to delete cookies relating to "alchemer" on that computer, use a different internet browser, or use a different computer.
You do not need to show proof of quiz completion to Private School Choice, which has access to view your results. Please email
