Pulse Survey: Progress Towards the Culture Goal

This survey is designed to inform a Culture2030Goal contribution to the 2026 High-Level Political Forum. It is designed to be quick to answer, but to provide a narrative around how well the world is delivering on the targets highlighted in the campaigns draft goal, as launched at the 2025 MONDIACULT conference.

Your answers are anonymous and no identifying information is collected other than your region. Your answers will feed into a Culture2030Goal campaign paper to be published around the time of the High Level Political Forum.

In each question, you are asked to assess:
  • How far the world has gotten closer to achieving each target in the last 12 months
  • How much progress will we make against this target in the next 12 months
