The ISTH has recently drafted a guidance manuscript on the management of perioperative bleeding using factor concentrates. The guidance was developed by a panel of 13 content experts.

We now kindly ask the greater community of physicians, scientists, and allied health professionals to review and provide any comments by July 9, 2026.
