This survey is intended for SEIU-West members who work as Educational Assistants within the Holy Family Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 140, Chinook School Division, Southeast Cornerstone School Division and Saskatoon Misbah School.

Please note that SEIU-West does not represent Educational Assistants in each school within the above school divisions. We have listed the specific schools in which we represent EAs below and ask you to self identify with the correct facility.
