CUC Central is collecting the information you provide in this survey on behalf of CUC Centres to understand students’ experiences and to support the continuous improvement of services, programs, and facilities. Participation is voluntary, and you may skip any question.
This survey is hosted on a third‑party platform Alchemer. Any information you provide will be stored on that platform’s servers in the United States and handled in accordance with its privacy and security settings, as well as the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. CUC only uses reputable platforms that meet appropriate security and data‑protection standards, however overseas privacy protections may differ from those in Australia.
The survey may collect limited personal information if you choose to include it. All responses will be stored securely and only accessed by authorised CUC staff or contracted providers supporting survey administration and analysis.
Survey findings may be used for evaluation, planning, quality assurance, and reporting to funders as required. Results will be reported in aggregate form, and individuals will not be identified.
Your responses may be analysed over time to identify trends and improve service delivery. Personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties unless required or authorised by law.
