Purpose:

This workshop will create structured community conversations with Black Men and Women, talking about “The Culture” to learn from each other, take this education back to systems of care/healing, identify intergenerational issues/challenges in relationships, and last, leave with 1 coping tool and skill to build healthy relationships between Black Women and Men.


Join Black Men: Alive and Well and Let it Go, Sis! for an unfiltered, LIVE community forum. No filters. No code-switching. Just real talk on healing the friction, restoring trust, and building unapologetic Black Love.

Discussion: We will discuss a wide range of topics, including:

  • Topics: Relationships
    • Societal /Community 
    • Family
    • Weaponized Gender Roles
    • Systemic Interferences
    • Work (includes entrepreneurship)
    • School, K-12, and/or College
