Help Shape the Future of Agricultural Workforce in Nova Scotia
Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) is conducting an International Recruitment Needs Assessment Survey on behalf of NSFA to better understand the workforce challenges and labour needs facing Nova Scotia producers.
Whether you currently hire international workers, have in the past, are considering it, or are not interested, your feedback is important.
The survey will help NSFA:
- Better understand current and future workforce needs
- Identify challenges with recruitment and retention
- Support advocacy efforts with government
- Develop practical resources to support producers.
The survey
takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete, and responses will remain confidential.
