The survey looks at:
- things that trigger a change / move
- how people make decisions
- motivations and barriers
- expectations and preferences
- the experience of living in a new community
We use the terms Retirement communities as a catch-all for over-55s / Lifestyle / Independent / Assisted living accommodation options throughout the survey.
Feedback from the study will be used to inform providers on consumer priorities for housing, facilities and support services, as well as information needs as Australians think about their future needs.
The survey will take about 12 minutes to complete. Most questions are optional. If a question is not relevant please skip it.
