This brief check-in asks simple questions about your AI use over the past 30 days, broken down into 4 core domains of well-being (cognitive, emotional, social, and physical). There are no right or wrong answers. When you see a higher score, that's simply a signal to reflect on how your AI use may be affecting your well-being. Based on your results, you will also receive personalized tips that can help you utilize AI in ways that enhance well-being versus undermine it.
