Registration is now open for Five Steps for Leading Through Chaos: A Human-Centered Strategy — an ALIGN Lab group coaching experience offered by Michelle Gilliard & Associates in partnership with LeaderBridge, designed for nonprofit executives and senior leaders in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. This program was built for the conditions nonprofit leaders are navigating right now.

Program Overview:

Backed by evidence-based tools from positive psychology — practical, immediately applicable, and built for real-world leaders — over six sessions participants will:

• Identify and leverage their leadership strengths — and recognize when those same strengths can become liabilities under stress
• Learn to distinguish between the problems expertise can solve and the harder, messier challenges that require a fundamentally different approach — then build a plan for one of their own
• Build practical tools to address staff burnout and strengthen team engagement
• Walk away with strategies for advancing real change — intelligently, incrementally — when resources are scarce
