Welcome, Sister!

Twice a year we check in with the movement — not just to count steps, but to understand your whole GirlTREK journey and how Walk, Talk, Solve, and Care are showing up in your life. What you share helps us keep building the programs, crews, and resources that serve you best.

This takes about 7 minutes. Most questions are quick multiple-choice, with one spot near the end to share your story in your own words.

There are no wrong answers — answer honestly, and skip anything that doesn't apply.

1. This survey is for members of GirlTREK. Your participation is completely voluntary. Whether you choose to participate or not will have no bearing on your relationship with GirlTREK. There are no right or wrong answers—everything you share is valuable, and we're here to learn from you. If you do not wish to answer a question, you may skip it and move on to the next question.

Your responses are confidential and will be combined with the data provided by other GirlTREK members. Your name and any other identifying information will not be included in any reports or shared with anyone outside of GirlTREK. Your participation will help us better understand the women behind this movement and will be used for GirlTREK purposes only.
