Overview
The National Safety Council HOP Summit Steering Committee is accepting proposals for the following:
- Opening/Closing Plenary Session at the 2026 Virtual HOP Summit, December 1-2, 2026

Opening and Closing Plenary Sessions are 60 to 75-minute sessions, intended to be universally appealing across experience levels and industry.
Concurrent sessions are 60-minutes and are intended to be a deep-dive into a particular topic. Presentations should be approximately 45-minutes, with an additional 15 minutes reserved for Q&A and discussion.
The 2026 Virtual HOP Summit will be presented live, with an effort toward time-zone neutral options. There will be sessions that begin as early as 8:00 a.m. and as late as 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (GMT/UTC-5). International submissions are enthusiastically encouraged. Recordings and slides available to registrants for a limited time following the event.
