Thank you for your interest in the City of Phoenix Targeted One‑Time Crisis Assistance. This application helps determine your eligibility for one-time financial assistance for households impacted by the complete loss of SNAP benefits on or after October 1, 2025.
To qualify for one-time assistance, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Residency: You must currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona or receive City of Phoenix water services.
- Federal Benefit Risk: You must have experienced a complete loss of nutrition assistance through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits on or after October 1, 2025.
If eligible, funds will be applied only toward utility costs. The purpose of directing one‑time assistance toward utility support is to ensure households can use their remaining resources to purchase culturally appropriate foods or shop at grocery locations that are accessible and convenient to them.
