Erongo RED has launched a Stakeholder Perception Survey with the main objective to evaluate the opinions, perceptions and expectations of its customers. The information gathered from this survey will allow Erongo RED to better meet the expectations of its stakeholders.
The survey is executed by Business Intelligence Africa (BIA), a local market research company, with no vested interest in the results. Your response is confidential and the completed questionnaires will directly be submitted to BIA.
Erongo RED is giving away a participation reward which consists of a voucher to the value N$1,000.00 worth of electricity per customer, to 5 lucky customers. If one of the selected customers is on conventional (postpaid) electricity, the N$1,000 will be loaded on their Erongo RED account.
