Instructions for Yedid Nefesh Camps:
Each camp will submit this form TWICE – once by the Camp Director or comparable leadership, and once by their Yedid Nefesh Mental Health Professional.
We recommend camp leadership and mental health teams meet throughout the summer as well as prior to completing these reflections. Additional camp staff may collaborate on responses, but the goal of this form is to collect two perspectives on the implementation and impact of Yedid Nefesh supported MESSH (mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health) activities at camp.
We understand life can be unpredictable, and flexibility is one of camp’s greatest strengths. Each camp started in the Yedid Nefesh cohort at different points and will achieve their goals in different ways. Here we ask that you share your experiences and reflections honestly and to the best of your abilities, sharing about the impact in this summer’s unique circumstances, ways this grant enabled your camp to stretch or try new things, what you’ve learned this summer, and thoughts about the upcoming years as a part of the Yedid Nefesh Initiative.
Instructions for Graduate Fellowship Camps:
You will be directed to the appropriate questions if your camp is not in a Yedid Nefesh cohort.

- You will receive a link to access your incomplete survey. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk/clutter!
- The link to your incomplete survey can be accessed at any time.
- Once you have responded to questions beyond the spot where you left off, you will no longer be up to-date. To stop and resume again, you will need to start the "Save and continue later" process over.
- You can use the “Save and continue later” process as many times as needed.
