- What is this survey about?
- This survey asks about your experience in the gallery / program you just visited. Your feedback will help us improve future exhibitions and programs.
- What will I be asked to do?
- You will be asked to answer a few short questions about your visit. The survey takes approximately 3–5 minutes to complete.
- Are there any risks?
- The survey involves no more than minimal risk. Some questions ask for opinions or preferences. You may skip any question you do not wish to answer.
- Are my responses anonymous?
- Yes. Your responses are anonymous. We do not collect names, contact information, or other information that could identify you.
- Do I have to participate?
- Participation is completely voluntary. You may stop the survey at any time without penalty or loss of benefits.
