ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE
This CoP creates an opportunity to bring leaders together to explore the framework, purpose, and impact of coaching in leadership practice. Coaching creates space for individuals to show up authentically, reflect meaningfully, and strengthen their ability to support others through equitable leadership.
Participants will deepen their understanding of why coaching matters and how it benefits students, staff, and community members. Leaders will gain practical tools, strategies, and experiences that build coaching capacity and strengthen the skills they already possess.
This learning experience is designed to empower every leader to lead with authenticity, connection, and equity through the power of coaching.
