Any person living in Detroit can participate (limit one survey per person per year). The person answering the survey must be 18 or older and must live at the reported Detroit address most of the time.
Gift cards are only provided if you live in the City of Detroit (limit one gift card per person per year). If you are in the process of moving otherwise do not have permanent housing, we can work with you on receiving your $25 gift card.
