Welcome to the CMAE F&B Benchmarking Survey.
We are inviting you to participate in the first pan-European Food & Beverage benchmarking report for the club sector, an initiative designed to give clubs clearer, more relevant data for evaluating their own F&B performance.
CMAE, in partnership with Club Benchmarking EMEA, is launching its first pan-European Food & Beverage Benchmarking Survey. For the first time, club leaders across Europe will have access to a robust, region-specific dataset covering the full spectrum of F&B delivery, including in-house, outsourced, and hybrid models. The aim is to provide meaningful benchmarks and context that help you assess your own operation with confidence.
The key findings will be presented at the CMAE European Conference in St Andrews this October, and every participating club will receive the full whitepaper on publication. These insights can support budgeting, service model review, board reporting, and more informed operational decision-making.
Torbjorn Johansson, CMAE CEO, commented - “We are delighted to launch this initiative together with our partners at Club Benchmarking EMEA. Food & Beverage is consistently one of the most important topics discussed by club leaders and the more clubs that participate in the survey, the more valuable the insights will be for everyone. Your contribution will help build a stronger understanding of performance across Europe, supporting better decisions, better education, and a stronger future for our industry. Please take 20 minutes to complete the survey and be part of this important initiative”.
All responses will be anonymised and reported only in aggregate, so no club or individual will be identifiable in any published output.

The closing date for this survey is Monday 10th August 2026.
