Thank you for your interest in the 2027 Annual Survey of Museum-Goers conducted by the American Alliance of Museums and Wilkening Consulting!
This short enrollment form should take less than 5 minutes to complete, and it provides us with basic information to get you started.
The early-bird participation fee for 2027 is $1,250 for museums enrolling by December 1, 2026 and launching their surveys by March 8, 2027. After December 1, 2026, the participation fee is $1,350 for museums enrolling by February 28, 2027 and launching their surveys by March 8, 2027. (This fee increases to $3,250 for museums launching March 9, 2027 or later).
Museums with annual operating budgets of $400,000 or less will receive a $250 discount if they launch their survey by March 8. You may be asked to provide evidence of your budget size.
