Office Hours- Description and Registration Form

Attend MA DESE’s Celebrate the Arts Conference drop-in office hours- A space to inquire about the conference's Call for Session and Showcase Proposals!  

The Department will be hosting optional hour-length office hours for interested parties. These informal opportunities are designed to open a space for listening to ideas and answering questions about applying to the Call for Proposals.

(Registration required at least 24 hours in advance.) 

Registered individuals will receive a Zoom link on the morning of the office hour and are invited to drop-in to the session as needed during the timeframe.  

Audience:
You must register with an email contact using your organization's email handle. The Office Hours and Call for Proposals include all individuals/organizations who serve PreK-12 arts education in Massachusetts. Individuals/organizations who are applying to present cannot engage in solicitation of any kind during the breakout sessions of this event. Showcase proposals are open to PreK-12 arts teachers currently employed in MA public schools.

- June 17th 4:00-5:00 p.m. 
- June 29th 4:00-5:00 p.m. 
- July 13th 4:00-5:00 p.m. 
- July 22nd 4:00-5:00 p.m. 
- July 31 4:00-5:00 p.m.

All sessions are virtual; Zoom information provided to registered participants prior to the session.

Proposal Due Dates:

Session Proposals- Rolling basis, and by August 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. 

Showcase Proposals- Until Filled.
