Verification Process

The purpose of this survey is to collect basic information regarding your chapter's new member education process for the fall 2026 academic term. You must complete the NMEA verification process for your chapter prior to your chapter's start to recruitment OR September 4, 2026

This form should take 20 minutes to complete. The vice president of education is responsible for its submission. If you are not the vice president of education, you may not fill out this form.

To fill out this form, you need the following information:
1. Expected dates for recruitment*
2. Expected dates for Welcome Day and the following ceremonies: Pledge Induction, Big Brother, Dragon Ceremony, Wooglin Ceremony and Initiation, as well as dates for any local pre-Initiation rituals.*
3. Member Education Advisor Name and Email Address (if this role is vacant in your chapter, please include the chapter counselor's information)

*Please provide the best information you can when filling out this form. We recognize you may not have exact dates solidified or may be waiting for university information - provide what you anticipate to be the most likely option. There will be an opportunity to update dates if needed.

Please note: this is the first step in the NMEA verification process. All steps must be completed by September 4, 2026. Chapters who fail to complete each step by this date will be placed on subject to suspension by the General Fraternity and all new member activities will be halted.
