Apprenticeship Program (Mascot, Sydney):

We are committed to providing a valuable and enriching experience to kickstart your career in aircraft maintenance. Our Sydney apprenticeship program based in Mascot is designed to give you practical, hands‑on exposure to the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) industry. You will learn alongside skilled engineers, developing your technical abilities through structured training, mentorship, rotations, and real‑world tasks. You can also expect dedicated safety and quality training, classroom learning, and formal assessments to support your professional growth.
