The Onboarding Learning Lab is a cohort-based professional development program for professionals who are new to GEAR UP (<1 year) who serve in any role, including school-based and central office staff.
The Learning Lab:
- combines live virtual sessions with a small group of peers and asynchronous, online coursework.
- will take place September 7–November 20, 2026 with live virtual sessions on 9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, and 11/19 from 2:00–3:30 pm ET.
- is best suited for individuals who are a new (<1 year) staff member, onboarding into a GEAR UP grant.
- costs $1,000 for NCCEP members in good standing and $4,400 for non-members.
