Rental Inquiry Form
Thanks for your interest in renting a space at the West Garfield Park YMCA. You must begin the process by filling out and submitting the Rental Inquiry Form. Once the form is submitted, a WGPY concierge staff member will respond within 24 hours and let you know if the space is available.
If the space is available during the time requested, you can request that a temporary hold be placed on the room. Once a room is being held, you will have up to 48 hours to stop by the West Garfield Park YMCA and submit a Facility Licensing Agreement including event details. A twenty five percent deposit is due at the time of booking.

• $125.00 for each additional hour
Terrace Add-On (Capacity: 10–15)
• $100.00 for 2 Hours (Minimum Rental)
• $40.00 for each additional hour
Wellness Studio (Capacity: 45)
• $275.00 for 2 Hours (Minimum Rental)
• $100.00 for each additional hour
Gymnasium (Capacity: 311)
• $1,850.00 for 4 Hours (Minimum Rental)
• $475.00 for 2 Additional Hours
• $3,000.00 for Full Day Rental (6–12 Hours)
Gymnasium – Half Court (Capacity: 155)
• $950.00 for 4 Hours (Minimum Rental)
• $250.00 for 2 Additional Hours
• $1,550.00 for Full Day Rental (6–12 Hours)
