In order to make the process fair to everyone, do not fill out this form before 1 at 10;00am. Camp pre-registrations received before that time will be discarded before the pre-registration process begins. Camp fills up quickly, so it's important that everyone has an equal chance of registering. We ask that you respect this policy. Don't panic - we make every effort to accommodate as many girls as we can so everyone can have a wonderful camp experience.

Trail and Sail Community camp is staffed entirely by volunteers to provide a safe and fun camp experience for a wide range of girls. All adult volunteers are trained in Girl Scout Policies and procedures as well as in outdoor camping skills.
Camp Lyle McLeod is a Girl Scouts of Western Washington Council camp located on Lake Bennettson, near Belfair Wa
Camp is open to any girl entering 2nd through 12th grade in the fall. Girls are assigned to units by grade level. All units are located around the lake.
Everyone has an opportunity for swimming, boating, games, and crafts. Archery is offered 6th grade and above.
Well balanced meals are provided.

This is the online pre-registration process reduces the paperwork needed. But, as there is no way for us to be completely paperless at this time, be aware that all pre-registrations will be processed in the order the camp fees and complete paperwork (all required forms) are received by U.S. mail by the camp registrar.

9. If your camper is going into the 7th grade in September 2026 she may be placed in the Ark. The Ark is a water-skill program in which the girls work on the canoe certification. Please answer the question for placement.

15. Girl Scout camp is about enjoying the outdoors and building relationships with other girls. Staff focused 100% on girl safety and making sure that they have a positive camp experience. As a result, we request that the girls bring no electronic equipment to camp. This includes cell phones, iPods, MP3 players, hairdryers curling irons etc. Any electronic equipment will be confiscated and kept in the health house and will be available for retrieval by the parent/guardian on the last day of camp. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items *This question is required.

16. in order to have a positive camping experience in which girls (and adults) are focused on camp, we have an enforced mail policy. We ask that the girls only receive letters - NO PACKAGES.
Any packages sent to a camper will be returned to the camper on the last day of camp. Please indicated below that you have read and agree to this policy *This question is required.

17. As the parent or legal guardian of the above child, I give permission to photographed and/or audio/video taped during this event and for the images and/or recordings to be published, reproduced or distributed by Girl Scouts and its affiliates in all outlets, including but not limited to television, newspapers, internet, council publications, recruitment materials and ads without liability or limitation or claims on the minor's part.

18. Refund Policy: Camper withdrawing from camp before May 1 will receive a full refund or paid camper fees. Campers withdrawing from camp after May1, will receive a refund or paid camp fees less a administrative fee of $50.00 After June 1, no refunds will be given for any reason. Girls are registered as we receive fees and COMPLETE paperwork on a "first come first served. We will ONLY accept MAILED fees and forms- NO electronic forms -Please do not attempt to drop off anything to the directors.
