OIC Consumer Complaints Qualifying Survey

Purpose

The Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) invites you to participate in a remote interview. We’re looking for feedback on what it is like to file a complaint with the OIC, and which parts of the process could be improved. Our partners at Anthro-Tech, a human-centered design consultancy, will be running this study. 

What to expect during the study: 

• A 60-minute remote conversation over Zoom  

• No preparation needed – just your honest thoughts! 

• Your input will directly help improve the experience of filing an insurance complaint with the OIC  

• Receive a $100 digital gift card redeemable at over 500 retailers (e.g., Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.) as a thank-you for your time
