UNSC Election Debate: Western European Candidates for the United Nations Security Council

This Election Debate features the Ambassadors of the WEOG Candidates, Austria, Germany, and Portugal, for the 2027-2028 UNSC term. This debate will take place on May 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST at UNHQ in Conference Room 7.

Please note that if you have registered to attend the event in person, you must have a UN grounds badge. WFUNA will not be responsible for the organization of attendees' grounds badges. Therefore, please take the necessary steps to attend in person if you wish.

If you are not able to join in person, you can watch a livestream of the event and find a recording of the webcast later on UN Web TV.
