NOR Youth Questionnaire

Introduction

The North of the River Recreation & Park District (NOR) is developing a Comprehensive Master Plan and wants to hear from YOUTH! Youth and teens ages 11-19 are invited to complete this survey to help us understand your park and recreation needs and improve our parks, facilities, and programs in the future.

The questionnaire will take 5-10 minutes to complete. Anyone who finishes the survey has a chance to enter a drawing to win a prize! Prizes will be announced weekly, with a final prize at the end of the questionnaire. Let’s get started!
