11. Adverse Weather Arrangements 惡劣天氣安排

The event will be canceled in the following circumstances 以下情況，活動將會取消：
If a red or black rainstorm warning signal/a typhoon signal No. 8 or above is still in effect at 6 a.m. on the event day: the event will be cancelled, and participants do not need to go to the event venue
如在活動當天上午六時,紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號／八號或以上烈風或暴風信號仍然生效：活動將會取消，參加者無需前往活動場地。

If the Observatory announces that a red or black rainstorm warning signal or a typhoon signal No. 8 or above is expected to be issued after 6 a.m. on the event day, the event will be canceled and participants will not need to go to the event venue
若天文台公佈,預計活動當天上午六時後將會發出紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號／八號或以上烈風或暴風信號，活動將會取消，參加者無需前往活動場地。

During the event (9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), if the Observatory announces that a red or black rainstorm warning signal or a typhoon signal No. 8 or above is expected to be issued within a short period of time, the event will be terminated immediately
若活動進行期間（上午九時至下午二時半)，天文台公佈預計短時間內將會發出紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號／八號或以上烈風或暴風信號，活動將會立即終止。

In the following circumstances, the event will be held as scheduled. The organizers will decide to change or cancel individual or full-day events based on safety and actual venue conditions 以下情況，活動如期舉行，大會將因應安全及場地實際情況決定更改或取消個別或整日活動：

If the Hong Kong Observatory announces or is expected to issue a yellow rainstorm warning signal/strong wind signal No. 3 or below three hours before the event to the end of the event (i.e. 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), the organizers may cancel individual activities or change the location of the event due to changes in the weather at that time
若於活動前三小時至活動結束時間內(即早上六時至下午二時半)，天文台公佈發出或預計發出黃色暴雨警告信號／三號或以下強風信號，主辦單位可能會因應當時天氣的變化而取消個別活動或更改活動位置。

In the event of other weather conditions that may affect the event, such as severe storms, etc., the organizers will make the final decision. Please pay attention to the latest arrangements announced on the event's Facebook page and Whatsapp announcement group. The organizers will notify participants via email/SMS two hours before the event starts
若遇上其他會影響活動進行的天氣情況，如狂風暴雨等，由主辦單位作最後決定，請留意活動Facebook專頁及Whatsapp公佈的最新安排。大會並會以電郵/短訊於活動開始前兩小時通知參加者。
