The City of Phoenix Fast-Track Cities initiative is accepting sponsorship requests for HIV/AIDS awareness, testing, education, and support services for Fiscal Year 2026 – 2027 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027).
The Quarter 1 application window is now open from July 1 – 17, 2026.
Notifications of awards will be made by July 31, 2026.
This new application aligns with the priorities identified in the Phoenix Fast-Track Cities HIV Stakeholder Summit 2025: Insights on Essential HIV Prevention and Care Services report,

Requests for funding will be prioritized as follows:
Priority 1 - Testing
- Purchasing testing kits, funding testing (lab supplies, etc.)
- Prevention (PrEP & PEP, including samples, etc.)
- Paying for lab visits
- HIV medical care
Priority 2 – Wraparound Services
- Transportation
- Connection to nutrition services
- Other social determinants of health
- Psychosocial groups
Priority 3 – Traditional Sponsorships
- Testing and prevention events
- Table sponsorships
Note: The examples listed above are non-exhaustive.
The Fast-Track Cities Subcommittee Chairs and Human Services Department leadership will review all applications.
Requests for funding will be reviewed and considered on a quarterly basis.
