National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) and our partners at the
Direct Care Workforce Strategies Center are gathering feedback from across the country to better understand DSP experiences, needs, and priorities - both at work and outside of work. Your insight is important and will help us strengthen our efforts to support and elevate the direct support workforce.
This survey is
anonymous and confidential. It should take you no more than ten minutes. We will not collect or share any identifying information with your employer or anyone else. Your honest answers are important, and we hope you will feel comfortable sharing your experiences.
