2026 New Hanover County Public Library Customer Survey

New Hanover County Public Library’s strategic plan helps us measure key indicators to provide library services so that we are "empowering curiosity to transform lives." To help gather some of this information, we have developed a short, 5-minute survey that will help us understand how we are performing and where we may need to adjust. This survey is one tool we are using to monitor the plan’s effectiveness over the next five years. Please share your thoughts by completing the survey!
