Auckland Diwali Festival 2026 (Saturday 31 October - Sunday 1 November 2026)
- The event is located at Aotea Square, Queen Street and Rutland Street, Auckland
- All stallholders will be held outdoors under marquees provided by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited.
Stall Types
- Food (vegetarian only, no eggs).
- Food/Beverage Truck (vegetarian only, no eggs/non-alcoholic beverages only).
- Retail (clothing, jewellery, home goods, or other cultural items).
- Information (promoting the services of community organisations and businesses).
Specialty Stall Types
(Availability of specialty stall sites is limited. Final decisions for successful applicants are at the discretion of the Event Manager)
Payment Method
All fees must be paid by the given deadline. Failure to pay will result in your stall offer being withdrawn and the stall site will be offered to the next applicant.

- Invoice details (name, email address, contact number)
- Stall details (with supporting images). Please add as much detail as possible. The quality of your application will be a supporting factor in your application being successful

All stall payments MUST be made within 14 days of receival of invoice otherwise the site will be offered to another applicant.
