IMPORTANT: NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR COMPLETION OF THE SURVEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PROVIDING SURVEY RESPONSES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CONSIDERATION OF ANY KIND. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
This promotion is a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") sponsored by Trimble Inc., with its principal place of business at 10368 Westmoor Drive, Westminster, CO 80021, USA ("Trimble" or "Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is directed at a global audience of geospatial professionals, civil contractors, and users of advanced positioning technology. Employees of Trimble Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by applicable law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes is open from May 5, 2026 and closes on May 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM CEST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or provision of survey responses of any kind is required to enter or win the Sweepstakes. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Two methods of entry are available:
Method 1 — Survey Entry (Online)
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may access and complete the Trimble 2026 Annual Market Survey (the "Survey") via the official link provided in Trimble's promotional communications or on Trimble's social media channels. At the end of the Survey, participants may voluntarily provide a valid email address in the designated field to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Participants who do not wish to provide an email address may still submit the Survey and will simply not be entered into the Sweepstakes.
Participants must then acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions by selecting the mandatory checkbox before submitting their entry.
Method 2 — Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In, No Survey Required)
To enter without completing the Survey, participants may handwrite their full name, country of residence, and a valid email address on a plain piece of paper and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 19, 2026 and received by Trimble no later than May 26, 2026. Trimble is not responsible for entries lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered due to postal or technical errors. By submitting a mail-in entry, participants confirm their agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per method, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person. Multiple entries beyond this limit, or entries submitted using multiple email addresses, will be disqualified.
Important Notice Regarding Survey Responses and Consideration
The Survey collects information about technology use, industry applications, and product preferences for market research purposes.
Survey responses and data provided do not constitute, and shall not be treated as, payment, consideration, or compensation of any kind for entry into the Sweepstakes. Survey participation is entirely voluntary and free of charge. No monetary value is attributed to any survey response in connection with this Sweepstakes. The existence of the Alternate Method of Entry described above further confirms that entry into this Sweepstakes requires no consideration whatsoever.
This Sweepstakes is structured as a no-purchase-necessary promotion to ensure compliance with applicable sweepstakes, lottery, and prize promotion laws across all participating jurisdictions. Participants are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the internet or postal services to submit their entry.
5. Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random selection will take place on or around May 19, 2026, upon the close of the Sweepstakes Period, and will be conducted by Trimble or its designated agent using a randomized selection process. Trimble's selections and determinations are final and binding in all respects.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. Prize Description
Each of the three (3) winners will receive one (1) compensation code providing a 100% discount on the standard registration fee for Trimble Dimensions 2026, taking place November 9–11, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada (the "Event"). The prize is not a physical ticket; winners will receive a code which must be used during the Trimble Dimensions registration process to register for the Event at no cost.
The approximate retail value of each prize is equal to the standard registration rate for Trimble Dimensions 2026 at the time of redemption. The last chance rate is USD 2,195.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, meals, transportation, or any other expenses related to attendance at the Event unless expressly stated. No cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is permitted, except at Trimble's sole discretion.
7. Non-Transferability
The compensation code is personal to the selected winner and is non-transferable. The code may not be gifted, sold, or otherwise transferred to any other person. Any attempt to transfer or assign the prize will result in disqualification and forfeiture. Trimble reserves the right to verify that any compensation code is being redeemed by the selected winner.
8. Winner Notification and Acceptance
Winners will be notified by email at the address provided upon entry. Winners will be required to respond to the notification within five (5) business days of the date the notification is sent and to provide any additional information reasonably required by Trimble to verify eligibility and facilitate delivery of the compensation code.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe, failure to provide required verification information, ineligibility, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Trimble's sole discretion.
9. Data Privacy
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that Trimble will process the email address they provide for the sole purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, and contacting winners. Email addresses collected solely for Sweepstakes entry purposes will not be used for marketing communications unless the participant separately opts in to such communications.
Participants who separately opt in to receive follow-up questions from Trimble's product team may be contacted individually for research purposes only, consistent with the separate consent provided within the Survey. This opt-in is voluntary and entirely independent of Sweepstakes entry.
Trimble processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice, available at https://www.trimble.com/en/our-commitment/responsible-business/data-privacy-and-security/data-privacy-center. Participants outside the United States should be aware that their personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Representations and Acknowledgments
By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant represents, warrants, and agrees that:
- They meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions;
- All information provided upon entry is accurate and complete;
- They have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
- They consent to Trimble's use of their name and general geographic location (city/country) for the purpose of winner announcement, without further compensation, if Trimble elects to make such an announcement; and
- They release, discharge, and hold harmless Trimble Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Disqualification
Trimble reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, submitted in bad faith, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise ineligible. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
12. General Terms
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are intended to apply internationally. Participation in the Sweepstakes may be subject to additional local requirements in certain jurisdictions. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by applicable law. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence.
Any applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Trimble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion.
13. Terms Acceptance
For online entries, participation requires that the participant select the mandatory checkbox at the point of email submission within the Survey, confirming that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are accessible via a collapsible display at the point of entry within the Survey. For mail-in entries, submission of the entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A link to these Terms and Conditions will also be included in all Sweepstakes promotional communications, including emails and social media posts, so that potential participants may review the terms before entering.
