Paid Leave is a new, state-run employment benefit. Paid Leave offers job protections and paid time off to care for yourself or a family member. You can take Paid Leave for a serious health condition or to bond with a new child. Paid Leave also supports military families when someone goes on active duty. You can also take Paid Leave to respond to personal safety issues. This includes domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
These questions ask how much you know about Paid Leave and how you learn about programs that might help you and your family. It will only take 2-3 minutes to complete!
Your responses to this survey will help us learn more about how to support communities in understanding and accessing Paid Leave. As a reminder, this survey is for Latinos or people of Latino heritage only.
You won't be individually identified by any response you provide, as all responses will be summarized in any reporting. All questions are voluntary. You may choose not to respond to this survey and there will be no impact on your relationship with Minnesota Paid Leave or the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).
