Charting Our Future Together! FNSB Public Libraries Survey

Welcome!

Charting Our Future Together!

The FNSB Public Libraries are collecting information about your needs to shape the libraries' strategic plan. And your voice matters!

Your answers are completely anonymous and cannot be linked to you in any way. Throughout the survey, “the library” refers to your FNSB Public Libraries and its services including:
•    Noel Wien Public Library
•    North Pole Branch Library
•    Bookmobile
Please answer the following questions by selecting the option(s) that best reflect your views, or by sharing your thoughts in the space provided. Most questions include at least one option that should apply to you; if none do, you may leave that question blank.

All questions must be completed in one sitting. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
