We define culture simply:
how work actually gets done—shaped by leadership behavior, systems and what gets rewarded or tolerated every day.
This national study of U.S.-based communications and HR leaders explores:
- Where culture aligns—or breaks down—in practice
- How leadership, systems and incentives shape behavior
- What holds up (or doesn’t) under pressure and change
Your perspective will help build a clearer, peer-informed view of how culture is actually built and sustained across organizations.
