Culture is often talked about as a priority, yet rarely examined with rigor. At bink, we partner with companies to turn culture into a driver of performance. This study is designed to better understand what’s really shaping culture inside organizations today.

We define culture simply: how work actually gets done—shaped by leadership behavior, systems and what gets rewarded or tolerated every day.

This national study of U.S.-based communications and HR leaders explores:
  • Where culture aligns—or breaks down—in practice
  • How leadership, systems and incentives shape behavior
  • What holds up (or doesn’t) under pressure and change
Your perspective will help build a clearer, peer-informed view of how culture is actually built and sustained across organizations.

The survey takes ~15 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and reported in aggregate.
