PI-0250 Recognize America250 Event or Educational Opportunity

2021 WI Act 95 established the WI America250 Commission and requires every public and charter school in Wisconsin to provide at least one event or educational opportunity relating to the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence (known as America250). Every elementary and secondary SCHOOL (not just district) must report to DPI the event or educational opportunity held to satisfy this requirement. Please note that “elementary” is defined in WI statutory rule as K-8 and “secondary” is defined as 9-12.
