Diverse perspectives and an inclusive culture drive innovation. Yet across the global Knowledge Transfer community, approaches to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) vary widely in maturity, resources, and institutional support.
ASTP EDI Special Interest Group (SIG) launched its EDI Toolkit in 2025 to provide practical guidance for embedding inclusive practices within Knowledge Transfer Offices (KTOs) and commercialisation processes.
We would like to better understand how Knowledge Transfer organisations worldwide are addressing EDI from strategy and implementation to performance appraisal and leadership accountability.
