This survey has been designed to collect country and global stakeholders' perception on foundational learning assessments and data. Please answer the questions based on the country you work in, or country/countries you are most familiar with. The survey should take a maximum of
12 minutes of your time. Individual answers will remain anonymous and confidential.
Instructions to complete, save and submit the survey
- You have to answer red starred questions before progressing to the next page. You can select "I don't know" if you don't have an answer to some of the options.
- You submit the survey by clicking the “submit” button at the end of the last page. You can edit your responses at any time before finally submitting the survey.
- If you are unable to complete your survey in one sitting, you can use the 'save and continue later' function available on the bar at the top of your screen.
Use of the data:
The data collected will be used as part of the independent Summative Evaluation of the FCDO's Data for Foundational Learning (D4FL) Programme. More information on the D4FL programme can be found on
FCDO's website. Anonymised data will be owned by the FCDO, but be made available to foundational learning stakeholders on request.
