Purpose
Chapter Commons creates a dedicated space for connection and peer support among Chapter staff serving in similar roles. Participants are encouraged to come prepared to share real-world scenarios and challenges that could benefit from collective insight and collaborative problem-solving.
Intended Audience
Chapter staff and contractors with roles in monitoring and compliance, development and fundraising, operations, training, and conference planning are invited to apply for this peer connection experience. Other Chapter roles will be featured in the next season of Chapter Commons.
Program Structure & Expectations
Chapter Commons will run from August through December 2026 and includes five monthly 90-minute virtual gatherings. Each session is designed to provide participants with a collaborative space to discuss role-specific challenges, exchange practical ideas, and learn alongside peers serving in similar roles. To support meaningful connection and continuity within the cohort, participants must be available to attend at least four of the five sessions to be accepted into the program.
