Share your ForesightWorks story in a few short paragraphs. No polish is needed—just your honest experience. Submissions take about 5–10 minutes. We may follow up to clarify or learn more. Not every story will be featured, but every submission helps us understand how ForesightWorks is being used.

The Moment *This question is required. Tell us about a specific moment when you used foresight and ForesightWorks. What were you trying to figure out or decide? What was the situation and what was at stake?

The Shift *This question is required. What changed because of it — in your thinking, your team’s direction, or a decision that was made? Did it spark a new idea, influence a decision, or change how people saw something?

The Proof *This question is required. If you had to convince someone to use foresight and/or ForesightWorks, what would you say — and who are you picturing? (e.g., a board member, a skeptical colleague, someone early in their career)
