The Learning Guild produces several online conferences each year. We are interested in topics that will resonate with the L&D practitioners and leaders of L&D teams. Each online conference is a two-day exploration of a single topic. We look for a variety of sessions touching on different aspects of the topic, and, in particular, seek:
- Case studies
- Practical sessions that share successful strategies and approaches
- Engaging sessions with hands-in or interactive learning wherever possible
Please complete the form below to share your ideas for a session. We'll get in touch!
AI in Learning Design online conference will take place August 26-27, 2026
As excitement over the way AI can automate work is tempered with more realism about where AI can—and cannot—replace human efforts, join us to consider the best ways to leverage AI in learning design.
We'll dig into the ways that AI is reshaping the design process and altering workflows. We will examine ethical considerations as well as practical ones. You'll leave this online event with a stronger sense of when automation is beneficial and when the human's input and judgment are essential.
Please ensure that your submissions address the topic of this online event and do not promote a specific business, product, or platform. Please submit this form by May 20, 2026.
Note that you may submit a session proposal past the submission date, and we will keep your submission on file. We may reach out to you if a spot opens up.
