The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is pleased to invite Wisconsin-approved nurse aide training program representatives and instructors to DQA’s annual in-person Nurse Aide Training and Testing Forum.

Northcentral Technical College will manage the event and registration information will be shared soon. There will be a charge for the 2026 forum. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Please take a moment to share suggestions for this year's forum. This survey will be open until June 16, 2026. Your participation helps us plan a successful event!

This event is open to designees of nurse aide training programs or facilities. If you are interested in owning and operating a nurse aide training program, or if you are interested in training and testing to become a certified nurse aide, more information is available on the DHS Nurse Aide Training and Registry information webpage.
